Xev-96 and Xev-192 solvent evaporators

 

> The Xev-96 and Xev-192 solvent evaporators possess both upper and lower gas heating mechanisms which are used simultaneously. Samples are concentrated up to five times faster than other commonly used techniques, improving productivity and helping to eliminate bottle necks in high throughput screening.

 

> The two needle assemblies, each consisting of either 96 (Xev-96) or 192 (Xev-192) individual stainless steel needles, evenly distribute heated gas into microplates from both the top and bottom.

 

> The lower platform can be adjusted to any height from the upper needle assembly, allowing the needles to come in close proximity to the sample, without actually touching. This minimises drying time and enables the user to develop methods which use a variety of plate sizes and sample volumes.

> These compact evaporators can fit under any hood or micro-ventilation system.

> User-adjustable flow rates and gas temperatures.

> Both upper and lower assemblies are easily removable for quick and simple cleaning.
