Optimal seal integrity and consistency

Constant temperature is maintained throughout the heating block for added reliability.

The X-Seal Manual Thermal Sealer is able to accommodate standard plates, deep-well blocks and differing PCR plate designs.
Quick and easy to use.
Simply place the seal and plate on the holder, closing the drawer will start the automated sealing process. When completed the drawer reopens and the sealed plate can be removed from the holder.
Fast start-up
The X-Seal Manual Thermal Sealer uses a rapid heating element so it can be ready to use in minutes. The actual temperature of the heating block is displayed.
Auto-standby function
After a specified time set by the user, the temperature of the heating element is lowered to 60oC reducing the amount of energy used.
Auto switch-off
The Manual Thermal Sealer will turn off automatically if left unused. The user is able to select the timing for this function.
