> The Xts-100 is an affordable non-contact, acoustic, nanolitre liquid dispenser which uses low energy acoustics so no damage occurs to transferred materials or source plates. Safe for all biological fluids (including cells). > Capable of plate reformatting, compound library screening, assay development, cherry picking and serial dilutions (IC50s) in and out of 384, 1536 and 3456 well plates.* > Precise and controlled transfer of chemical and biological compounds. Suitable for dispensing wide range of fluids e.g. 100% DMSO, aqueous buffers, glycerol solutions. User tunable for new liquids. > Dispense volumes between 1.0 - 1,000nl per location. > The Ats -100 creates non-contact quantitative microarrays, even on top of existing arrays, without the need for tips. Suitable for use with proteins, tissues and whole blood. This option is able to dispense volumes between 250pl - 250nl. > Can be easily integrated to produce a complete high throughput screening system. > Low dead volumes. e.g.<1.0μl for 1536 wellplate. > Protocols are remotely configured and downloaded to the Ats-100 for processing. Software is designed to handle multiple source plates, only one file required for cherry picking. User-tunable unit drop volumes to optimise resolution or throughput. > Continuously drain wells from top to bottom, independent of neighbouring liquid levels. Real-time measurement of all liquid levels in all wells performed. * Certified for use with COC plates from FluidX, Aurora Discovery and Greiner Bio-One. Please contact FluidX for full list of compatible plates. Any SBS format plates (height 14.4mm or less) can be used as destination plate.
